Open a tour and tap Files to see its documents — riders, contracts, stage plots, hotel confirmations, deal memos, anything the road team needs on hand.
Each day also has its own Files section (in the day's category nav) showing just the documents pinned to that show — and uploading there pins to the day automatically. Same for Contacts: a day's Contacts section shows the people tied to that show. The tour-wide Files and Contacts stay on the side panel.
Tap Upload, choose a PDF or image (up to 10 MB), give it a name, pick a category (Contract, Rider, Stage plot, Hospitality, Travel, or Other), and optionally pin it to a specific day. Images are compressed automatically; PDFs upload as-is. Any member of the tour can upload — so crew can share a stage plot, not just managers.
Need a stage plot? You can attach an existing one here, or tap Build a stage plot to make one in the app (with its input list) and export a clean PDF — see Stage plots & input lists.
Files are grouped by category, newest first. Tap a file to view it right there in a popup — PDFs and images open in an in-app viewer (no new tab, no download), and it works on your phone too. There's a Download button in the viewer if you want the original. Each file shows its size, who uploaded it, and the day it's pinned to (if any).
The person who uploaded a file — or any tour manager — can delete it with the trash icon. Deletes can't be undone, so the confirm names the exact file.
Files are private to the tour — only people on that tour can see them.
