Open a tour and tap Contacts to see its phone book — the promoter, production manager, local crew, and anyone else the road team needs to reach.
A manager adds a contact with Add contact (name, role, company, phone/mobile, email, notes). On the list, a phone number is a tap-to-call link and an email is tap-to-send.
Tie a contact to a show. A contact can be tour-wide (your master list — leave Shows empty) or scoped to specific dates: pick the show(s) it's for under Shows, and that promoter or local-crew contact then appears under Show contacts on each of those days' Overview. So the day-of production number is right where the crew is looking, while general contacts stay on the main list.
Contacts are private to the tour — only people on that tour can see them (they carry personal phone numbers and emails), so they're never shared publicly or across tours.
