The AI assistant

Tap the ✨ button in the bottom-right corner on any tour screen to open the assistant — a chat panel that knows where you are in the app and can draft changes for you.

It knows what you're looking at

The assistant reads the screen you're on. If you've got a tour's itinerary open it knows which tour; if you're on a specific day it knows the date, the day type, and the city. So you can ask "what's the plan tomorrow?" or "who's the promoter here?" without spelling out the context — it already has it. The line under Assistant in the panel header shows you exactly what it can currently see.

It asks before it changes anything

You can also ask it to do things — "add a travel day on the 14th", "put load-in at 2pm", "add a flight to Calgary". The assistant never changes your tour on its own. Instead it shows you a confirm card describing exactly what it's about to do, with a Confirm button. Nothing happens until you tap it — and when you do, the change runs as you, so it can only ever do what you already have permission to do. Tap Not now to dismiss it.

This means it's always safe to ask. The worst case is a card you dismiss.

What it can help with

• Answer questions about the day or tour you're viewing.
• Draft a new day, or fill a tour's whole date range with days.
• Draft a schedule item, a flight, a hotel, or a ground leg — on the day you're on, or on any day if you name the date (e.g. "add a soundcheck at 4pm on the 18th").
• Add a show on any date ("add a show in Vancouver on July 23"). If that date has no day yet, it's created as a Show Day for you — you never have to add the day first.
• Add someone to a show's guest list on any date — just say which show ("add Sarah to the guest list for the Aug 31 show"). If that day or its show doesn't exist yet, it's created for you.
• Add a contact to the tour, or create a public day-sheet share link.
• Log money on the budget ("log $200 fuel", "add the $5,000 show fee for July 18") — and edit or delete a line by naming it. Amounts are dollars; only managers/accountants can actually save (the rules check on Confirm).
• Start a day's advance checklist ("start the advance from our Club shows template") or save the current day's checklist as a reusable band template.
• Edit details too — a day's type, city, notes, or confirmed flag ("mark the 18th confirmed"), a show's name and promoter ("change the promoter for the Aug 21 show"), a schedule item's time ("move soundcheck to 5pm"), a travel item ("mark flight AC123 confirmed", "set the AC123 gate to 22"), a guest ("change Sarah to GA+2"), a set-list song, or a contact. Just name the item — a title, a time, a flight number, a person's name.
• Approve or deny guests — "approve Sarah", "deny the +1" — and manage the set list ("add Wagon Wheel to the set", "drop the encore").
• Delete things when you ask — a whole day and everything on it, a show with its guest + set lists, a single schedule/travel item, a guest, a song, or a contact. Deletes are permanent, so the confirm card spells out exactly what goes.

You can create, edit, or delete on any day from anywhere in the app as long as you name the date — you don't have to open the day first. It'll only ask you to open a day when you haven't said which one; to add a contact it still needs a tour open. Nothing happens until you tap Confirm — the assistant only ever proposes, and it runs with your own permissions (so it can't do anything you couldn't do by hand).

There's a daily limit on assistant messages to keep it fast for everyone. If you hit it, it'll let you know — it resets the next day.
