Invite crew and join a tour

Inviting crew (managers & artists)

On your dashboard, open a tour and tap Crew. From there you can:

• Invite by email — add their email and we send a branded invite email for you. You can include a short personal message, and set their role (crew, manager, or accountant). The email's link signs them in and adds them to the tour in one tap — even if they've never used BetterTour.
• Or create a shareable link — leave the email blank for a link you can send anyone.
• Copy or revoke any pending invite, and remove someone already on the tour.

The invite link is a shareable credential — anyone who has it can join with the role you set, so only share it with the person you meant to invite. Revoke it if it goes astray.

Joining a tour (crew)

If you were invited by email, just tap the link in it — it signs you in automatically (no password to set up) and drops you straight onto the tour. If someone sent you a shareable link instead, tap it and sign in or create an account first, then you're on the tour.
