Open a tour from your dashboard — it lands on the tour's Dashboard (the run at a glance). Tap Dates for the itinerary — the list of days, grouped by month, with a List | Month toggle for a calendar view of the same run.
Tap Add days and confirm the date range (it's pre-filled from the tour's start and end dates). BetterTour creates one day per date. It's safe to run again later — days you've already built are left untouched, so extending a tour just fills in the new dates.
Tap a day to set its type (Show, Travel, Production, Rehearsal, Off, Press, Promo), a label, the venue, the city, time zone, and general / travel / hotel notes. Each type is colour-coded in the list so the shape of the tour reads at a glance. Flip Confirmed once a day is locked in.
Venues come from a shared database: start typing a venue's name to reuse one that's already on BetterTour, or tap New to add it (name, city, capacity, notes). Because venues are shared across tours, the details you add help everyone — and they're there next time you play the room.
Crew see the itinerary read-only — the schedule, travel and day sheets that hang off each day arrive as those features roll out.
